A hollow-fiber membrane in a stainless steel housing. A physical 0.01 micron barrier that traps what doesn’t belong in your water — without wasting a single drop.
Thousands of microscopic hollow fibers. Water enters under pressure, and only what’s small enough — water and its dissolved minerals — makes it through the fiber wall. Everything else stays behind and gets flushed out in the rinse.
Honest truth: UF is a size-based barrier. It does not remove what’s dissolved in ionic form (salts/TDS, hardness, nitrates, dissolved PFAS). That’s the job of reverse osmosis, which it pairs with. Its strength is leaving your water clean and alive — without stripping out the minerals.
A human hair is 70 microns across. The membrane cuts at 0.01 — seven thousand times finer. To the left of that line, only water and its minerals get through; everything else stays out.
Stainless steel housing with a removable head secured by a swing-bolt sanitary clamp — the membrane swaps out in minutes, with no special tools and no plumbing teardown.

No monthly cartridge changes. Every so often, the flow reverses for a few seconds: water sweeps away everything the membrane caught and sends it down the 1" drain. The membrane comes out like new — and lasts for years.
Water enters from the side, crosses the fiber wall, and exits pure through the top head.
For a few seconds, water runs backward and lifts off the debris trapped on the fiber surface.
Everything removed exits through the 1" connection at the bottom. Nothing to disassemble, nothing to replace.
Guardian is VonTech’s monitoring platform. A touchscreen on the unit reads pressure, flow, and water quality in real time, supervises every backwash, and alerts you before anything fails.
GUARDIAN HMI · LIVE PROCESS VIEW · TOUCHSCREEN ON THE UNIT
Pressure, flow, and water quality measured second by second — not estimated.
If a pressure drifts out of range or maintenance is due, it notifies you instantly — both you and VonTech.
Every cleaning cycle is logged and verified: you know the membrane took care of itself.
Charts spanning weeks and months: your system’s health, documented day by day.
No trips to the mechanical room to check on anything. The web portal and mobile app show you your system live, wherever you are — and our team sees it too, so we can take care of anything before you even notice.
Values marked MEASURED were taken from the physical unit. Those marked to be confirmed will be completed from the manufacturer’s label/datasheet so this sheet is 100% exact.

Every technology has its place. Ultrafiltration wins on flow rate, minerals, and zero waste — and it’s only honest to say that dissolved contaminants (salts, hardness) are reverse osmosis territory.

To remove dissolved salts, hardness, or nitrates, UF pairs with a reverse osmosis stage — the best of both worlds.
No single technology does it all. That’s why VonTech combines three, each where it belongs: ultrafiltration for the whole house, multi-stage filtration for the water’s chemistry, and reverse osmosis in the kitchen. Together they cover what none of them can alone.
A physical barrier at the point of entry: removes bacteria, cysts, solids, turbidity, and microplastics. Protects showers, laundry, and appliances — and keeps the minerals.
Also whole-house: catalytic carbon (chlorine, chloramine, taste, odor, VOCs) + cation resin that softens the water (removes Ca/Mg hardness). Modular: more media stages can be added to match your water.
Under the sink. A semi-permeable membrane that removes what’s dissolved — salts, nitrates, arsenic, lead, fluoride, PFAS. The purest water, for drinking and cooking.

The final polish. Water already protected by the UF and softened by the multi-stage filter enters the RO, where a semi-permeable membrane separates it almost molecule by molecule. Out comes the purest water you can have at home — perfect for drinking, cooking, coffee, and ice.
Before the RO — and for the whole house — water passes through layers of media that handle the chemistry: carbon takes out chlorine, chloramine, taste, and odors; cation resin exchanges ions and softens the water. And it’s modular: you can add more media stages based on your water analysis.
VonTech systems installed and running — these are not renders: real stainless steel, real brand, real water.
Unlike reverse osmosis, it doesn’t leave your water tasting "flat." Calcium and magnesium pass through — taste and health intact, no remineralizing needed.
Sends no water down the drain like RO does. It runs on your line pressure — just a periodic rinse to clean the membrane.
The head opens with the swing-bolt clamp: the membrane swaps out with no special tools and no cutting into the plumbing.
A stainless steel housing, not plastic. It stands up to pressure, temperature, and years of service in any home or business.
Blocks bacteria, cysts, solids, colloids, and microplastics — and reduces viruses. Real protection, not marketing.
